6. Regular Inventory Update

In this article learn about the regular inventory update requirement as well as how to delete, add, and edit listings in bulk.

Update Every 15 Days

We at Circularparts.com want to ensure all our members get access to relevant and updated information, therefore it is a requirement for you to update inventory a minimum every 15 days. If you do not update the inventory after 15 days, we will hide your items from the search results until you have updated them.

Additionally, members will be able to see how old the data is in the search results:

Deleting Car Parts

Let’s say you have sold 15 items and want them deleted from your current inventory.

All you must do is update a new inventory file with all your inventory (minus the 15 sold items). If any of these 15 items had image folders on our server- our system will automatically check our servers and delete any unused image folders.

After you have uploaded the newest inventory file you will receive an excel file with the removed excel lines to your email.

Adding Car Parts

If you want to add, for example, 75 new car parts to the inventory, please, upload a new inventory file with all your inventory (including the 75 new parts). If you have new images, please upload them to Circularparts.com servers before the inventory file upload.

Editing Car Parts

If you need to update, for example, the price for 50 items already in your inventory, please, upload a new inventory file with all your inventory, including the parts that have a new price.
