Subscription Management

Manage your subscription and have an overview of your billing history. Check your subscription limits in terms of how many car parts you are allowed to upload.

Subscription Management Tab

Subscription management covers your company’s subscription status, payments, and billing history. Only the admin has access to the subscription management.

Subscription Status

Get an overview of your current subscription type, status, when is your next payment due and which payment method you are using:

Depending on your subscription status, access to different features and parts of the platform can vary. Here’s an overview to better illustrate the differences:

Active

You have full access to all the platform’s features. 

Cancelled

You have full access to all the platform’s features until the current subscription period ends. 

Expired

You cannot access the platform’s features, such as part search and inventory update. You are not allowed to add new members. However, you may delete them. You can also delete your profile and company data. The subscription will be expired 45 days before we delete it from the database.
The subscription can also become expired if your payment fails and you do not fix the issue within five days. 

Deleted

The account with all your data is deleted from the system and does not exist in the platform. For you to use the platform again requires a new account registration.

Subscription Types & Limitations

The allowed inventory size depends on which subscription type you have - lite, bronze, silver, or gold. When creating subscription types, we had different types of businesses in mind: 

Lite - best for when wanting to try out the platform. Best suited for companies having a small car parts inventory or none.

Bronze - best for smaller businesses and repair workshops.

Silver – best suited for car scrapyards and car part traders.

Gold – best for large scrapyards, auto part dealerships & traders.

Here’s the list of features impacted of your subscription type:

Parts / listings – impacts how many parts you may upload to the platform.

Daily Inventory  uploads – impacts how many times per 24 h you may update your inventory.

Users/ members– impacts how many members within your company account you may have (both active & inactive).

Update Payment Method

Click on the Update Payment button to update the payment method. It will redirect you to Reepay, where you must follow their instructions.

Change Subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your current subscription plan at any time. However, if you are downgrading your subscription, you might need to adjust the number of listings within the inventory or the number of members to fit the new subscription plan. Read more about subscription limitations here.

From Trial to Paid Subscription

Once your trial period runs out, and you decide to stay on the platform, we will ask you to choose a subscription type and make your first payment.
If you choose not to upgrade, your subscription status will be expired. After 45 days, we will permanently delete your account and all its data. You are always welcome to return after your account has been deleted and pay for a subscription plan. However, you will have to register from the beginning.

Upgrade Subscription

If the current subscription plan does not fulfil your needs, you can upgrade the subscription at any time. We will activate the new subscription plan the moment you approve the upgrade. A new invoice will be issued immediately and processed with the price difference for the remaining subscription period. 

Downgrade Subscription

You are always welcome to downgrade your subscription as long as you meet the limitations of the cheaper subscription. If you exceed the limitations, the downgrade will only succeed once you have made the adjustments. For example, if your current inventory is larger than the allowed maximum for the new cheaper subscription, you must delete some of the inventory to downgrade.  

Complete Deletion of the Company Account

If you decide Circularparts.com is not for you and want to delete your company account immediately, including all the members, inventory and your data, you must contact support@circularparts.com and request account deletion. 
Once we delete your account, you lose all the data, and your account does not exist anymore.

Cancel Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will have access to the platform until your current subscription period runs out. Afterwards, your account will be expired. Once it expires, you will not be able to use any of the platform’s features until you reactivate your subscription. You will be able to delete data, but you won’t be able to add a new one. Additionally, your inventory will be hidden while the subscription remains expired.

IMPORTANT

Once you have cancelled your subscription, you have 45 days to reactivate it or to gather all your data before we delete your account.

Billing History Tab

Under the billing history tab, you get an overview of your payments. Your invoices will be sent to your company’s contact email by Reepay. Reepay is a third-party service helping us to handle your payments. 

Failed Payments

If your payment fails to proceed and you fail to fix the issue within five days, we will have no choice but to freeze your account by changing the subscription status to expired. If you still fail to fix the payment issue for another 45 days, we will delete your account with all your data.
