My Profile

Partnerships are important in car part exchange; therefore, we suggest you update your profile with all your contact details including profile image.

Each member registered at Circularparts.com has a profile. A member can only register a profile with a legit, VAT-registered company profile.

Under my profile, you can edit login information, add a profile picture, and fill out your profile information.

Log In Information

After you or your company's admin have created your profile you can sign-in and update your password. Remember that other company members with admin status can always change your password. Therefore, in case you can no longer log in to your profile, please contact your admin(-s). 

Attention!

At the moment, it is not possible for you to change your email address. To change the email address, you must contact support@circularparts.com.

Profile Picture

We encourage you to upload a professionally looking profile picture of yourself. A professional CV photo taken in a well-lit place increases trustworthiness.

Once you have a professional and well representable picture, click on the edit icon to change the profile picture and drop a file from your computer.

You must upload a square image, for example, 300 x 300 px in size. We allow the following file formats:

  • JPG,
  • JPEG,
  • PNG,
  • BMP,
  • GIF,
  • WEBP.

Time zone

Add the time zone to your profile, so other platform members are better aware of your local time.

Profile Information

Profile information such as name, surname, position at your company and phone number is not mandatory. However, if you want to be accessible by other members and create a sense of trust, we highly recommend filling out these fields. Additionally, members can find you by your name and surname through our member search.

Public Profile

The public profile is a preview of your profile accessible by all the signed-in platform members. Your public profile can be accessed through the member search or your company's public profile.

Your email address and link to your company’s public profile are displayed by default. However, phone number, position at the company and time zone will be displayed if you have filled out these fields.
