Company Profile

Read what’s the purpose of the company profile, and optimize your contact information so other car dismantlers see you as a trustworthy partner.

Each company registered at Circularparts.com has a company profile. A member can only register with a legit, VAT-registered company profile. And a company can only register by creating a member profile.

Company Logo

You can add your company's logo. We allow the following file formats:

• JPG,
• JPEG,
• PNG,
• BMP,
• GIF,
• WEBP.

Company Location

Although your address is taken from the VAT register, you can manually add your company's location on the map for searchability purposes. Click on "Edit Location" and make the changes by dropping the pin on the desired location in the map.

Note that this action will not change your location in the VAT register.

Company Info Tab

The company info tab consists of the main information about your company.

Company Info from the VAT register

Company Name and address are taken based on your VAT number from the official EU VAT register. This information cannot be changed in our platform.

Contact Info

You can manually add your company's general contact information so the other members can easily contact you when needed. Please specify which email address should receive system notifications (admin email address) and billing information (billing email address). You may use the same email address for all three email addresses.

Contact Email Address

Choose which email address you want to use for receiving part requests from other members and sales inquiries. 

Admin Email Address

Choose which email address you want to use for receiving platform-related emails, for example, system notifications like inventory update reports. You may use the same email address as the contact email address.

Billing Email Address

Specify which email address should be used for receiving billing information.

Contact Phone Number

Please enter your contact phone number in case members want to call you directly. When writing the phone number, remember to add your country code starting with either + or 00.

Time zone

Add the time zone to your profile, so other platform members are better aware of your local time.

Website

You are free to add your company's website address.

About Tab

Circularparts.com is not only about trading car parts but also about establishing new partnerships. Therefore, we suggest you briefly describe your company in the about tab. Additionally, we suggest you describe your company in English to increase your chances of trading with companies from multiple EU countries.

Company Description

At the moment, you can add a company description. We recommend that you

• describe your company,
• your company's specialization,
• your opening hours.

Company description is visible for all the signed-in members of our platform.

Grading System Tab

The grading system tab is for vendors to explain their grading system and meanings of the grades. Since the systems can differ from country to country we give our vendors the freedom to use the grading system they have already been using for other platforms and/ or webshops.

Terms & Conditions Tab

The terms & conditions tab is useful for describing the general rules and principles of how your company trades with car parts. The same applies to your return policy. Terms & conditions and return policy are visible to all the signed-in platform members.

Terms & Conditions

To avoid misunderstandings, describe the general guidelines for making transactions and business deals with your company. If you offer paid freight services, this is the place for noting it down.

Return Policy

Please describe how your company deal with cancellations and returns.

Company Public Profile

The company public profile is a preview of your company profile accessible by all the signed-in platform members. The company profile can be accessed through the company & part search.

Your company name, address (taken from the VAT register), and email address are displayed by default. However, the company's phone number, description, terms & conditions, and return policy will be displayed only when these fields have been filled out.

Additionally, we display all the members registered within your company account.

When looking at the Network Page your company might appear in the list amongst other registered members. If a website’s visitor clicks on your company name, they will be redirected to the Membership Certificate page.

This page was created to confirm your company is a registered and legitimate member of the Circularparts.com platform. Visitors will be able to see your company name and logo. The page will look like this:
